Furuno’s platform with online training courses includes a variety of generic and Furuno type-specific courses. The courses are developed by our team of highly qualified Furuno Instructors.
Looking for a Furuno ECDIS (FMD-series) training course?
Get your certificate for a type-specific training course on the Furuno ECDIS (FMD-series). The course is available in three different formats. The certificate you receive upon successful completion of your training course is the same regardless of which format you choose.
Online ECDIS training
Our most popular training solution. Complete your training course online on your preferred device (PC, tablet, phone). Upon successful completion of your training course, a digital certificate will automatically and immediately be generated and available for download from your profile on the NavSkills™ Online platform.
Offline ECDIS training
This solution gives you the opportunity to complete your Furuno FMD ECDIS training course when you have no internet available. Download on your PC and complete your course offline. Upload test results when you get access to the internet and receive your digital certificate per email within one hour.
Classroom ECDIS training
Join a two-day classroom training course at our training centre located in Hvidovre, Denmark. The training course will be hosted by Furuno Instructors (Master Mariners). We do not have a fixed course calender, but plan courses based on enquiries. Please complete our booking form and we will revert as soon as possible.
